The Prana Vashya Sequence is led at the Shala at least three times a month to ensure that advanced practitioners remain rooted in the foundation's ideology while also motivating newcomers and beginners.
The Prana Vashya Second and Third Series are taught to practitioners who are capable of advanced practice and demonstrate a willingness to learn. Asanas from the Second and Third Series are incorporated in place of selected Primary Series asanas while maintaining the rhythm and integrity of the foundational practice.
