A combination of Prana Vashya Sequences, Pranamaya and Back Bending to develop overall flexibility.
It starts with the Prana Vashya Primary Series Asana practice in the morning and is followed by the Pranamaya, Back bending and overall flexibility development in the evening.
On Sundays there are sessions on Neti Kriya (Jala Neti and Sutra Neti).
This is an intense course and requires dedication but assures definite results. This course focuses on making the practitioner strong and learn to achieve perfection in Asanas.
- For beginners who wish to and would like to build a sound foundation for their personal practice will have to practice with us at Prana Vashya Yoga Shala for a minimum 8 (Eight) weeks
- It is normal to experience soreness of the body and muscles, increase in body temperature or an upset stomach during the second or third week of practice. These are the primary indicators of the physiological changes that take place in the body (especially for someone who is new to the practice).
So, it is important to practice in a manner that leads to positive changes in the body. We expect the practitioner to attend practice during such times and inform the teacher/s before the class begins. In time the practitioner will be able to differentiate between positive and negative change. The Shala will remain closed on all Sunday, Full Moon days, and National holidays.
